The educators and other staff members at Little Einstein’s Academy Educators are selected for their knowledge, qualifications, experience and professionalism.
We acknowledge that educators bring with them a unique blend of skills, knowledge and experiences. Each educator plays a valuable role in assisting the children in reaching their developmental milestones.
At Little Einstein’s Academy Educators and staff are selected for their knowledge, qualifications, experience and professionalism.
Our recruitment process is rigorous and thorough, ensuring that our educators are not only experienced and qualified, but also genuinely passionate about helping young children to grow and develop. All our staff members are screened through a Working with Children Check, carried out by the NSW Commission for Young Children and Young People.
We place a strong emphasis on continued development of staff skills and knowledge. Our Educators work with specific groups of children and are responsible for developing programmes that meet the individual and group needs.
The Director/Nominated Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre.
Room Leaders are responsible for planning and implementing programs for the children in their care. This is done in collaboration with other team members within in each room.
An Educational Leader at the centre provides guidance and support to each of the teams to ensure programs are of the highest quality and in line with the objectives of the Early Years Learning Framework.
